The employers can register under the ESI Act through online means, and it does not require any physical application before the registration or after it. Before login, the employer must sign up on the ESIC member portal. The steps are enumerated below:

ESIC benefits both employers and employees. Wherein the employers are unchained from the responsibilities of physical distress of workers that can be in the form of injury/ physical disablement etc. Also, the amount contributed under the ESI is deductible under the Income Tax Act while computing income. On the other hand, employees can be comforted in the form of dependents benefit, disability benefit (temporary or permanent), maternity benefit, sickness benefit, medical benefits, etc.
