Form INC-29 is an Integrated Incorporation Form that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has introduced. It was introduced to expedite the process of Registration for Companies in India. It has merged the process of acquiring Director Identification Number (DIN), Application of Incorporation, and Name Approval into one single process. This has reduced the time taken to register and start a company's operations in India.
There are different types of companies that can use this speedy process in order to get themselves registered:- 1. Limited Company 2. Private Limited Company 3. Producer Company 4. One Person Company (OPC)

The following steps describe the procedure to get your company registered comprehensively yet easily.
1. Obtain your Digital Signature- The first step to file Form INC-29 is to obtain a digital signature of at least one Director of the company that is to be registered. The director will need to obtain a Class 2 Digital Signature. A Digital Signature can be obtained by filling out the Digital Signature Form. You will also need a self-attested copy of your PAN Card and Address proof.

3. Company Name- Form INC-29 permits the usage of only one name. Therefore, before filling out the name, it is advisable to go through the Guidelines for Naming a Company under the Companies Act. It is to be noted that if the name of the company does not adhere to any of the guidelines, or if it contravenes any provision of any law in force in India at the time, the application under Form INC-29 shall stand to be rejected.
4. Documents of Incorporation- Form INC-29 requires the Incorporation Documents to be attached with it at the time of filing. These documents also need to be signed by the Directors/Subscribers and attached with Form INC-29. The documents that are required in this step are:-
After completing the process, it will scrutinize the applicant's documents and information. If everything is in order, then the Certificate of Incorporation shall be issued within one week, or 8 to 9 working days. If any modifications may be required, the applicant will be notified about the same at the Registered email. If not, then the Director will receive the Digital Certificate.
