Private Limited Company Annual Filing due date

Filing due dates for Form AOC 4 is 30th September and Form MGT-7 is within 30 days of AGM, Failed in filing these return shall be penalised with minimum Rs. 50,000/- which may be extended up to the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- and the Directors who are in default of the company shall be penalised by 6 months of Imprisonment or Penalise by the fine of Rs. 50,000 which may extend up to Rs. 5,00,000/- or both

AOC - 4

This form has to be filed within 6 months of the closing of the Financial Year. Therefore, the last date of Annual Filing will be 30th September.

In the case of First Financial Year, AOC-4 can be filed within 9 months from the closing date of Financial Year. Therefore, the last date of Annual Filing will be 31st December

MGT-7

This Form has to be filed within 60 days of doing an Annual General Meeting.
