Due dates of annual compliance

Every registered company needs to comply with the major annual compliance within due date for annual filing to evade the penalties.

The due dates for annual filing are more crucial if you are incorporated any form of entity. Every company or LLP has to comply with basic compliance, for which due dates are important to know. In case of non compliance or complying after due date, the person responsible shall be punishable.
