  • Proof of possession of premises
  • List of Equipment and Machinery (in number and capacity)
  • List of food products to be manufactured
  • Authority letter, NOC, copy of License from the manufacturer
  • Analysis Report of water (which is used in the process)
  • Plan of the processing unit
  • Recall plan (if required)
  • Ministry of Commerce Certificate for 100% EOU, NOC by FSSAI, IE code by DGFT
  • Form IX, NOC from the municipality or local body
  • Partnership deed/affidavit of proprietorship
  • Food Safety Management System Plan 
  • Declaration form
