Requirements for One Person Company Registration

The minimum authorized capital to start should be Rs. 100,000 (US $2250 approx) and it can be increased to any amount (no upper limit). This money is deposited in your company bank account at your disposal.

Minimum requirements for the OPC are as follows;

Documents Required

  • The ID Proof of the applicant & the nominee
  • Address Proof of the applicant & the nominee
  • Passport Size Photograph
  • Current Occupation if any
  • Contact details of the applicant
  • Educational Qualification of the applicant
  • Memorandum of Association(MOA)
  • Article of Association(AOA)
  • E-forms with RoC(Registrar of Companies)
  • Copy of PAN Card of member and nominee
  • Consent of nominee in Form No. INC-3
  • Affidavit from the shareholder and the initial director to the memorandum in INC-9
  • Declaration in the form INC-8 by professional
  • Consent from the Director in DIR-2 format
  • E-form INC-2.
