For Rented Property - Rent Agreement, NOC (No Objection Certificate) and a utility bill are required from the owner of the property.
For Owned Property - Allotment letter, lease deed, possession letter or property tax receipt is required. If the applicant owns a municipal license on his name or in the name of the business, then no other supporting document needs to be submitted.
For Partnership Firm – A partnership deed needs to be submitted along with a registration certificate (if registered).
For Company – Copies of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, Resolution passed in General Meeting.
The company or proprietor needs to submit copies of the sale bills of all the finished goods and the bills of raw materials purchased.
If you have purchased or installed any plant/machinery, you might need to submit their copies. Also, at times, the company’s industrial license is required (if applicable).
Once the application is submitted successfully, the applicant will receive an acknowledgement receipt with all the payment details.
Aadhar Card of the applicant is mandatory for MSME Registration. In case the applicant does not have an Aadhar Card, the following documents are to be submitted.
The application is filed by the MSME – Development Institute on behalf of enterprises who do not have an Aadhar Card.
