Trademark registration is valid for every 10 years subject to renewal, 12 months before or 6 months after the date of TM expiry. On the failure to renew, a trademark is liable to be removed. However it can be restored within six months after the expiry of the trademark Renewal Process.

Due Date for trademark renewal and restoration

  • The renewal application must be filed within six months before the expiry of the trademark registration.
