Abstract

Abstract: The present invention relates to: an adjuvant composition containing oil-in-water emulsion type amphiphilic polymer particles comprising an amphiphilic polyamino acid polymer; and a preparation method therefor. The adjuvant composition of the present invention uses an amphiphilic polyamino acid polymer thereby enabling a vaccine adjuvant composition which is more biocompatible and has a high antibody titer to be provided.
