Safest Sensitive Cutting Machine

Abstract: Abstract: Smart environment creates the world with more innovated ideas with the support of updated technologies. The world has an envelope of the emerging technologies which binds by the integration of both electrical and electronic devices. It provides the world with smart-living. The adaption of the new technologies and emerging fields must be an eco-friendly device for both human and nature. The project describes the electrical devices are handled in good- platform. This involves in monitoring the device handler at every time. It gives a symbolic indication whether the internal circuit operates in a safe-environment. The violation . of any condition results in providing indication of the system, intensive care is required. The auto- proctoring is enabled for best outcome. Safety precaution helps to avoid electrical hazards which induces the damage in both devices and device handler. The circuit operation is based on the scheduling of working hours of people and operation period of devices. Recycling of devices can also be targeted when the prediction level is successful.

We claim
[Claim 1] A machine is designed and implemented for cutting and sawing purposes that
comprises:
Electrical Sensor, Camera, Sound Sensor, Touch Sensor, PPE Monitor, Health Monitoring System, Indicator, Machine Monitor, LoRaWAN module
[Claim 2] The method of claim !, wherein Electrical sensor is comprised of
current, voltage, power dissipation sensing units. It monitors the incoming current ,voltage and outgoing current and voltage. It detects the loss of energy in any power dissipation. These factors provide the support to the machine for proper functioning.
[Claim 3]: The method of claim 1, wherein Camera is used for image acquisition for data transmission. It visualizes the data acquired from the workstation.
[Claim 4]: The method of claim 1, wherein Sound sensor senses the discrepancy in the modulation of sound signal. It alerts the monitoring person to take care that particular operating machine.
[Claim 5]: The method of claim 1, wherein Touch sensor detects there is any direct
interaction of human biometric with machine. It triggers the data and provides the precaution before any tragedy occurs.
[Claim 6]: The method of claim 1, wherein PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) monitor which observes the machine user and avoids injury during their work-time.
[Claim 7]: The method of claim 1, wherein Health Monitoring System recognizes and
notices the user's temperature, pressure, heart rate and humidity level. If there is any abnormal condition of any one of the parameters, it indicates the machine can't be operated.
[Claim 8]: The method of claim 1, wherein Indicator is setup to alert the machine is in danger-mode.
[Claim 9]: The method of claim 1, wherein Machine monitor displays the output of themachine functioning all-over the time.
[Claim 10]: The method of claim 1, wherein LoRaWAN module can be used forcommunication between machine and machine monitor.
