Specification

Claims:I/We claim,
1. An automatic maintenance system for living wall comprises of;
a) A moving panel along a grid like a scrambler puzzle which id enables panels of a living wall to be moved towards specific service points on the wall openings either manually or through automation.
, Description:The present invention generally relates to living walls. More specifically, the invention describes a living walls with moving panels for easy maintenance.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Green technology is a growing trend throughout the world. Concern with climate change and the effect of pollution on the environment has encouraged a global movement towards more environmentally friendly technology. One implementation of green oriented technology is evidenced in the incorporation of plants in architectural structures and designs.
Architectural structures are typically utilitarian in nature and often have limited aesthetic appeal. In order to capture the spirit of green oriented technology some structures have been created that implement living plants in the design. Typically these structures have been simple structures that use conventional hanging plant displays. These standard types of structures provide flora, but they do not permit expansion, easy replacement and have limited versatility.
A US patent US20110154744A1 titled “Modular living wall component and system” describes a modular living wall component which is able to be used with other modular living wall components in order to form a living wall architectural structure. The modular living wall component may be attached to an existing support structure and be used in order to form a free standing structure.
A Chinese patent CN103039285A titled “Wall greening system with movable unit and installing method thereof” describes a drip irrigation system exposes the defective that affects aesthetic property and lack drainage element for wall greening system maintenance time of the prior art, provide a kind of and safeguard facility.
Maintenance of a living wall is considered tough. Higher the wall tougher it gets. The sun incidence decreases and moisture content in the wall increases from top of the wall to bottom. Existing solution in maintenance of living wall include use of scissor lifts, skilled façade climbers for maintenance. This is an expensive solution which cannot work in all places due to constrain in resources and man power.
Therefore, there exists a need to design and develop an advanced cost-effective system that should overcome the disadvantages of the currently available systems.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The following summary is provided to facilitate a clear understanding of the new features in the disclosed embodiment and it is not intended to be a full, detailed description. A detailed description of all the aspects of the disclosed invention can be understood by reviewing the full specification, the drawing and the claims and the abstract, as a whole.
The objective of the present invention is to design and develop a living walls with moving panels for easy maintenance.
The aforementioned aspects along with the objectives and the advantages can be achieved as described herein.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the living wall to be maintenance friendly by making it mobile along a grid like a scrambler puzzle.
In an aspect of the present invention, the grid enables panels of a living wall to be moved towards specific service points on the wall openings either manually or through automation.
Further in accordance with the present invention, the prototype is to demonstrate proof of concept to architects, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, on how simple a living wall maintenance can become, if maintenance oriented approach is considered in facade designing.
