Abstract

Abstract: 7. ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION( to be given along with complete specification on separate ABSTRACT The goal of this study is to develop a personality assessment tool based on the Bhagavad-Gita, the most revered holy epic in Hinduism. According to the Bhagavad-Gita, the concept of personality modes (Guna)—Swattva, Rajas, and Tamas—and their prevalence in a person are transformed into personality assessment criteria. Dynamic Guna Model has been framed to correlate Tri-Gunas of Teachers and empowerment of their development which will be helpful for the Institutional Excellence. Gunas- Confirmatory Factor Analysis demonstrates the Teacher Evolution of Higher Education and Institutional Growth. Swatta Guna is positively correlated, Rajas and Tamas gunas are negatively correlated with the working environment Swatta ( Structural Learning, Critical Thinking, Social interactions, Digital Literacy);Rajas (Interactive Engagement, Gamification, Real time feed-back); Tamas (Routine tasks, Standardiztion, Data Analysis) are positively Correlated, We have constructed the Dynamic Guna Model for the positive Correlation. Negative Correlation in Swatta( Technological overreliance), Rajas(High Dynamism in ICT), Tamas( Instability of innovative Thinking) may resist new ideas and Technologies of Institution growth; GCFA has done by considering 56 factors. Through the use of the Dynamic Guna Model (DGM) and Guna-Confirmatory Factor Analysis (GCFA), Empowering Educators in Tamil Nadu seeks to improve institutional excellence and teacher effectiveness. A requirements assessment, DGM workshop, GCFA administration, data analysis, coaching, and mentoring is all part of the curriculum. Improved student outcomes, institutional excellence, and teacher effectiveness are anticipated results. Student performance measures, institutional ranking improvements, and instructor satisfaction surveys are important evaluation indicators. Stakeholder engagement, resource optimization, and expert consultation can help reduce challenges such as resource constraints, data analysis complexity, and opposition to change.
