Abstract: CUSTOMER FOCUSED E-COMMERCE SITE WITH AI BOT With increasing global consumers trying online shopping, ecommerce firms needs to built a trust with these already existing customers. Such bong requires a customer centric approach of the business and a real-time information flow between the company and the customer. Traditional customer chatbots contain human error and are not spontaneous enough to support an influx of customers. Artificial intelligence supported ChatBots are capable to assist customers in selecting their favorite product with assistance in every step of the process. Customer can ask the chatbots about the delivery, product return or refund policy and other details about the product. Customers can ask the uery in simple language. The page will be accessed only by the user and the admin.

[0013] The present disclosure discloses is a business-to consumer e-commerce website system of customer support using AI Bot. The system is made using notepad++ and visual studio with php as a programming language. Only admin and user is allowed access to the website. The AI Bot collects data from the database, customer’s query is checked and reply is given by the AI Bot.
[0014] The system uses artificial intelligence to collect and respond to the data collected. The user can ask queries to ChatBot about categories, product names and other queries like product details and refund or return policy. The system automatically sends reply in the form of text to the question or query raised.
