Abstract: Caller tune advertisement is an innovative invention in which an advertisement of any product / promotion / movie trailers /jingles etc will be played for the caller. Instead of song or music, an advertisement like jingles, voices, promotions, and public oriented messages will be played to subscriber when he gets an incoming call. This is a unique and innovative form of advertising, which will surely gain a huge popularity in people who have activated caller / dialer / hello tunes on their mobile / landline / wireless landline phones. This form of subscription entitles the subscriber to get paid for activating caller tune advertisement on their phones. It"s a vice-versa of normal caller / dialer / hello tunes, because in this service the subscriber gets paid for activating this service from service provider. Simultaneously, the service providers will charge the companies who use this service to play their advertisement on caller tune advertisement. This form of advertisement helps the advertiser to reach maximum number of consumers.

The caller tune advertisement is an unknown media ever tried by anyone. Mobile service provider's offers caller tune facilities to their subscriber in which the subscriber entitled to pay some fixed amount per month. In this caller tune advertisement subscriber gets paid from the service providers. The service providers will charge their clients depending up on their requirement. The advertiser will pay the service providers depending on, Number of subscribers in which their advertisement is playing and number of days. This gives the service providers a huge amount of remuneration.

I Claim that the above invention is developed and designed by me. All the future developments and upgrades based on this invention belong solely to me. I further declare that no company or individual holds a patent for this form of advertising in India or abroad according to my knowledge. I would be glad if I have been given patent for this invention.
