[001] The present invention relates to the field of an air conditioner (AC). The invention more particularly relates to the condensed water from AC that control the air pollution in the locality by bringing down the suspended dust particles with the fine spray of water.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] The following description provides the information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[003] In the air conditioning process, the surface of the component forms a large amount of condensed water due to condensation of moisture in the air. This condensate is easily generated at the air cooler of the air handling unit or at the end of the air conditioner (such as a wet fan coil). The air treatment unit and the air conditioner end respectively generate condensed water for drying fresh air and eliminating indoor wet load. When the outdoor air and the air cooler of the air treatment unit exchange heat to cool the dehumidified air, since the wall temperature of the surface cooler is lower than the outdoor air dew point temperature, the water vapour contained in the outdoor air is deposited on the surface of the surface cooler to dew condensation. When the dewdrop is increased to a certain extent, it will slide down to the condensate pan below the air cooler, forming condensed water. Connect the condensate pipe to the condensate pan and drain the condensate to the appropriate place. However, such condensed water may cause various problems if handled improperly during discharge.
[004] At present, the condensed water of the household air conditioner is often used by direct dripping or discharging into the drain pipe of the building body. Direct dripping can cause damage to the building's ancillary facilities as well as safety impacts. The solution that is discharged into the drain pipe of the building will cause construction difficulties and increase costs. In some cases where the floor drain has been installed, the drain cannot be connected to the floor drain when installing the air conditioner, or the connection requires a lot of manpower and cost.
[005] Accordingly, on the basis of aforesaid facts, there remains a need in the prior art to utilize the condensed water released from air conditioner (AC) to settle down the suspended dust particles during the peak hours of air pollution in the locality. Therefore, it would be useful and desirable to have a system, method, apparatus and interface to meet the above-mentioned needs.

[017] High rise buildings have become a way of living in the developing cities, which consists of a number of Air Conditioners (ACs) which releases large amount of condensed water which goes waste. The particulate matter consists of a major portion of the air pollutant. It consists of fine particles of soil, sand, ash, pollen, carbon, dust, etc. which are responsible for major of the respiratory problems and allergies in human beings, plants and animals. The prime motive of the invention is to utilize the condensed water released from Air Conditioner (AC) to settle down the suspended dust particles during the peak hours of air pollution in the locality with the fine spray of water.

The system is comprised of, but not limited to a water tank; water inlet; a filter; a water level sensor (WLS); an air quality sensor (AQS); a control circuit; a high pressure water sprayer.
[019] In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, the water tank is configured to store the condensed water released from the Air conditioner (AC).
[020] In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, the water inlet is a pipe through which the condensed water released from AC is filled in the water tank.
[021] In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, the filter is used to filter the condensed water released form AC before storing it in the water tank.
[022] In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, the water level sensor (WLS) measures the level of water in the water tank.
[023] In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, the air quality sensor (AQS) monitors the quality of air in terms of suspended particulate matter in the air.

[025] In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, the high pressure water sprayer that consists of a high pressure air-blower driven by an electric motor. It is used to spray and scatter the water into fine particles in the air.
[026] The moisture present in the air condenses on the cold coils of air conditioner which get collected in the bottom portion of the air conditioner cabinet which contains an outlet to release it. The present invention comprises of the water tank which is used to store the water released by the air conditioner.
[027] Now referring to the Fig 1 and Fig 2, the operation of air quality improvement system is shown disclosed. The Air Quality Sensor (AQS) monitors the air-quality-index in the locality. The controller reads the magnitude of the current air quality index from AQS after regular intervals. The controller compares the currently measured air quality with the upper-threshold value. If the current value of air-quality-index is found more than the upper-threshold value then, the controller checks the availability of condensed water in the water-tank and turn “ON” the high pressure water sprayer if water is available in the tank. The spray of water significantly improves the air quality in the locality by bringing down the suspended dust particles. Again, after some time if the current value of air-quality-index is found lower than the lower-threshold value then controller turns “OFF” the high pressure water sprayer and the process continues.
